  General notes:

Silversmith (tentative identification)

  Events in his life were:

  • Made freeman of Boston MA, 17 Oct 1701. William Rouse, Goldsmith was his security. 3
  • He wrote his will before 27 Mar 1707 in Boston MA 3 His will, probated 17 April 1707, refers to him as a "mariner" and he is known to have owned at least one ship which sailed from Jersey to Dartmouth in 1698. Flynt and Fales lists him as a silversmith, but this may only be based on the fact that William Rouse, Goldsmith stood as security for his freedom of Boston in 1701 and his widow is listed in a deed involving Rouse's son Michael and daughter Mary.

Noah married Sarah Brickenton, daughter of Sarah Kind, on 11 Jan 1701 in Boston MA. (Sarah Brickenton was born on 3 Sep 1669 in Boston MA.)
