Ethel E. Dietz

This photo and memorial obituary was copied from the July 12, 1978 edition of the Klamity Kourier of Willow Creek California. Mrs. Dietz was a noted basket weaver of the Karuk Tribe and lived her entire life near her birthplace at Rogers Creek on the Klamath River near Somes Bar. She was the last of a family born to Jim and Ellen Tom.
