Retired Chief Engineer from MSC. Gene lives in Satellite Beach, Florida, just south of Cocoa. After retirement, Gene took a job as Chief of one of the former Sea Land 125,000 HP container ships converted to Fast Sealift Support for the Navy. No small undertaking considering this ship had ten times the power of anything in his entire career. Now Gene, like most of us, just sits back, and watches the grass grow. Gene is good for an occasional "cameo" visit to the MMMM.
