TEMPS GOIN' DOWN
It looks like winter will finally arrive for us here on the Space Coast. The forecast for the remainder of this week is for temperatures in the fifties during the day, and down into the forties, and possibly thirties for the nights. It's payback time.

TODAY'S MMMM 24 January 2000
The day started out with light drizzle, giving way to clearing skies just before noon. The MMMM opened with all hands present almost on the bell. Attending this day we had Bill V., Dick, Earl, Gary, Bobbi, Bill Q., Ed, Dennis, and Carl. Gene Si., a regular at the meetings, couldn't attend because of a cold. We were informed by our favorite waitress - Diane, that she is now online with WebTV. Carl sent a "test" message to confirm her email address, and that is still pending. Carl informed all hands that just before leaving for the meeting, his immediate neighbor to the north - Richard, brought over a three-button mouse identical to the one Carl has been using for ten years. Considered a real "find" by Carl, he now has assured all of us of continued publication of the Balmy Breezers. Three cheers for Richard.
There isn't much to this edition, but even a little is better than nothing. |
