Guess who?

Splitsville

Dick, renowned ISP philanderer, in an exclusive interview, announced that he is calling it quits after years of abuse. "Any reconciliation is out of the question.' he replied when asked if there was any chance he, and AOL might mend their differences. Sources close to the ISP lothario let leak the fact that he was already courting another...one from whom he gets it free. When confronted with this information he boldly admitted to the indiscretion saying: "I guess I am a masochist, but Netzero is my kind of challenge.' "Hey!' he went on: "Nobody's gonna put the arm on me for more money...I thought that bitch was good for another year!', referring to AOL. With cameras clacking, and flashing, things began to heat up when one reporter asked about his other two affairs. "They were dogs...both of them "zilch". I dumped them both, but one I can't seem to get rid of .' he said. He was referring to Spynet, and Hotmail...the latter still in residence. "Ahhh...what the heck...' he continued, so I can't get rid of 'er...so what? Maybe I'll use 'er if Netzero gets belligerent.'

The 15 Nov 99 MMMM

The meeting got off to a great start with Earl passing around printouts of the Balmy Breezers newsletter, and some photos taken the week previous. Surprisingly true to color, and format, the newsletter in printed form was quite impressive. Of course to reproduce in large quantity would be quite expensive, so there's no intention to do so. Attending this date was Bill V.; Dick; Earl; Bill Q.; Bobbi; Gene Sp.; Gene Si.; Ed; Gary, and Carl. It was good to see Gene Sp. after being absent for a while.
It's an amazing thing...conversation is non-stop, but none if it is ever remembered...it's so un-important. The hour-and-a-half - from 1130 to 1300 zooms by...everyone seemingly having a great time. As usual, we had the whole place to ourselves. The weather - absolutely marvelous. We broke up shortly after 1300, and spent another ten, or fifteen minutes chatting outside after paying our bills.

Gene Si. To Do New York...AGAIN

Gene departs for New York once again for the second time this year. He'll be visiting family in Brooklyn, and upstate. Flying this time, he'll only be gone for a short while anticipating a December 2nd return. We all remember Gene's sojourns because of the great photographs he sends back for our home pages. Have a good trip Gene.

The Sound Of Music

Hats off to Bobbi for solving her music problem on her own. After soliciting advise from the "pros" amongst us, and getting nowhere, Bobbi addressed the Help Files, and figured out how to get her sound back. Now she can listen to all that "great" music attached to our home pages. Actually, she has, and from what she's heard so far, didn't have much good to say about any of it. "Pathetic.' I think I heard her say. Well...I guess we have to agree with Bobbi...most of it is pretty sad. "Sequences", as they are called, are made by "musicians", and posted on their private home pages for the taking. Just wait 'til she hears the spooky stuff accompaning my ghost stories. Ha Ha.

It is a well known fact that a Vodka Martini is good for one's vision...it's a great lens cleaner.
