CAPN ED'S MINUTES OF THE MMMM

Balmy Breezers Claims No Part In The Following:

To all who read this epistle, time is not taken for proper grammer, marginization, nor spelling. The author had limited education, so his elevation to the MMMM has to be reckoned with.
Ed's phone rings O/A 0930, it's Carl under the pretense of having Ed solve a problem with his PC. Of course, Ed seeing thru it immediately, offers to chauffer Carl to The Captain's Grill. Carl's Jeep is 11 yrs old but has few miles thanks to Ed's genorosity. Mostly, Ed feels for Carl's great need for his weekly heave-arounds. The trip in is uneventful, except a couple road rage events, which Ed calmly overcomes.
On arrival, Dick, Gary, Earl, comfortably seated but immobile awaiting the arrival of the two bigwigs. Things started of with excitment as at each place was identical full glasses similar to the usual one in front of Carl, Diane announcing,"heave arounds for all". To all chagrins, only Carl's was the real thing, but actually all were rather nonplussed. Earl dealt many pictures taken off JUNO, one which made fun of Ed over printing large rim glasses and gaggle teeth. All had great fun with it. They just can't take Ed's handsome beauty, manly physique, greatness. Ed, with his usual aplomb, took all gracefully.

Gary & Earl fought the wars over again relating how the Navy had to bring old hands out of retirement to train the young on handling & firing the big guns on the BB Missouri & New Jersey. Both Gary & Earl being experts in warfare explained all about the different aircraft.
Carl & Dick got into a session with the PC, Dick complaining that the PC did not comply with him. At least he doesn,t have to adjust his hearing aid with PC. Carl went into diatribe on light houses all over the world. Bill V. told of his experiences in the Arctic, operating in the ice while on th Mirfak, which brought up Capt "hondo" Couch who was found in bed, dead, whereupon Carl relieved.

All where pretty well settled when Diane announced there will be a large group arriving shortly, all jumped to fill theit plates with salads, sauseges, rice, chicken, pork chop, veggies, clam chowder and/or bean soup already devoured. Business was quite busy, taking our Diane away from us more than usual. She still found time to get on Dick for littering the deck under & around him, short of calling him a slob. The food brought to mind of   "Chicken" George an old time steward, (belly robber).
Carl back to the PC started training Dick on filling & emptying cookie jars, Ed wondering if it was wafers, oreos, or oatmeal.
The affair broke up about 1320. At the cash register, Carl told Bonnie he wanted to see the mgr. to complain and not let people in until 1300 as it was disturbing the MMMM. Bonnie patronizingly said she woul take care of it.

Outside a picture of Ed's Jimmy had to be taken with the Glow Title magnetic ads on the side, of course with Ed sitting inside. It's amazing how all want to take Ed,s picture, his magnetism is overwhelming, but his modesty is a thing to behold.
All got underway except Gary who went to poolside to gaze upon the bikinis and thongs. Don't forget the up coming picnic in May & reunion in New Orleans in Sept, details to follow.
Give it hell. Keep smiling. Have faith.
