She was a member of the Phillipsburg Leisure Club and was a former president and member of the Clymer Village Tenants Association. Her husband, Vincent, died in 1976. Surviving are two sons, Matthew and William, both of Lopatcong Township; a daughter, Joy Tilstra of Milford, NJ; two sisters, Esther Roseberry of Lopatcong Township and Marion Bloss of Bethlehem; eight grandchildren and a great grandchild. Seven brothers and a sister died earlier. Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. The Doyle Funeral Home, 535 S. Born in Phillipsburg, he was a son of the late George C. Sr. and Edna (Lore) Dugan.
Surviving with his widow are a son Daniel of Phillipsburg; two daughters, Mrs. Janice Rogers of Mount Bethel and Mrs. Bonnie Regemann of High Bridge, N.J.; two sisters, Mrs. Marion Jones of Palmer Township and Mrs. Verna Luburich of Bath, and five grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday in Straw Church Cemetery, Phillipsburg. The Shillinger Funeral Home, 801 Lehigh St., Easton, is in charge of arrangements.

Born in Philadelphia, Pa., she married in 1979 and moved to Westwood, where she belonged to Westwood Reformed Church, thereafter associating with Ridgewood Christian Reformed Church and Midland Park Christian Reformed Church. She moved to Midland Park in 1984. She served the William Paterson University as an adjunct professor of English, specializing in technical and business writing. She taught the summer EOF program. In 2011 she gave the keynote address to the Chi Alpha Epsilon Honor Society.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Bruce; her brother, Bob Sloyer; and her four nieces and one nephew. She was predeceased by her mother, Helen Sloyer Suffern; her stepfather, Dr. Richard Suffern; and her father, Rev. G. Travers Sloyer. A memorial service was held on April 22 at the Wyckoff Reformed Church in Wyckoff.
Arrangements were by the Olthuis Funeral Home in Midland Park.

Koder, 73, of Springtown, owner and operator of the Koder Garden Center in Springtown since 1952, died Tuesday in St. Luke's Hospital. He was the husband of Edna I. (Wohlbach) Koder. They observed their 45th wedding anniversary last May. Koder was employed by Bethlehem Steel Corp. in the ingot mold foundry for 38 years before retiring in 1975. Born in Springtown, he was a sonof the late Preston and Emma (Eichelberger) Koder. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Springtown, and served on the board of directors of the Springtown Cemetery Association.
