(Gubish) Kressler. Born in Jim Thorpe PA, June 5, 1945, he is the son of the late Robert H. and Bertha (Pearson) Kressler. Richard worked at Atlas Roofing Corp. (formerly Georgia Pacific), Quakertown PA as a Supervisor for many years. He was a Foreman at Bethlehem Fabricators for 16 years previously. Richard was in the United States Army Reserves for 6 years. He is a Member of New Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lower Saucon Township PA. In addition to his loving Wife of 39 years, he is survived by his Daughter, Jill C., wife of Eric F. Lechner of Nazareth PA; Son, Michael R. and his wife Tara A. of Center Valley PA; Brother, Robert R. and his wife Elizabeth M. of Hellertown PA; and 3 Grandchildren, Sara Beth Lechner, Kevin Eric Lechner and Emma Jean Kressler. He is predeceased by his Brother, James D., who died in 1977. The service will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Funeral Home with the Reverend Tricia A. McMackin officiating. The interment will conclude services at Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
