John Alexander SCANNELL  ( Jeremiah , Michael , Jeremiah )
was born on Saturday 8th June 1918 in Broken Hill, New South Wales.

John was the 1st of 7 children, 3 boys and 4 girls for   Jeremiah SCANNELL and Mary Veronica COULTER.

John is known to family and friends as  "Jack".

Jack's siblings are  Walter (b1919),  Ron (b1920),  Mavis (b1923),  Claire (b1924),  Betty (b1925) and  Margaret (b1928).

Mary Patricia JONES  was born on Tuesday 5th February 1924 in Kanmantoo, South Australia.

Mary is known to family and friends as  "Pat".

on Saturday 7th November 1942
in Murray Bridge, South Australia.

Jack and Pat have the following children :

John Alexander "Jack" SCANNELL died  on Wednesday 4th July 1990 in Adelaide, South Australia.
Jack was buried on Thurday 5th July 1990 in Murray Bridge, South Australia.  Jack was aged 72 years.
