is a son of Thomas Barnett and Elizabeth Hughes.
He married three times; first, to Nancy Melissa Ann Ratledge; second, to Nancy "Annie" E. Landers; and third, to Fannie May Landers.
All lived in McMinn CO, TN.
This site is dedicated to the memory of my mother Beulah Cline Nipper, a beautiful product of the Knobs.
