is a son of Stephen "Steve" Alexander Goins and Catherine Robinson of McMinn CO, TN.
He first married Eliza Carroll; after her death, he married second to Pearl Lena Conner.
This site is dedicated to the memory of my mother Beulah Cline Nipper, a beautiful product of the Knobs.
