He first married Harriet "Hattie" Rue.
After her death, he married second to Mrs. Nettie Louise (Sharp) Goins (widow of James Robert "Bob" Goins) of McMinn CO, TN.
After Nettie died, he married last to Mary Ellen Vines and lived in Bradley CO, TN.
This site is dedicated to the memory of my mother Beulah Cline Nipper, a beautiful product of the Knobs.
