She first married James Robert "Bob" Goins.
After Bob's death, she married second to James Lloyd Moses of McMinn CO, TN and later Bradley CO, TN.
This site is dedicated to the memory of my mother Beulah Cline Nipper, a beautiful product of the Knobs.
