is a son of Asbury "Bury" Ratledge and Lucinda "Lucy" Clowers of Greene, Monroe, and later McMinn COS, TN.
He married Clarissa "Clory" Emeline Lane, and they lived in Loudon CO, TN.
This site is dedicated to the memory of my mother Beulah Cline Nipper, a beautiful product of the Knobs.
