Dorotha "Dolly" Martha Baker*

In 2002, Stephen Ratledge took these photos during a trip to Missouri and Oklahoma to locate places where some of my ancestors migrated. The black and white photo shows his dates to best advantage. It was difficult to take that photo because someone had overturned the large stone, torn it from its pedestal and base, and left it lying face down. We were able to turn the stone face up but unable to lift it. Hopefully, someone will come to its rescue and set it upright. The first photo of Dolly's tombstone provides a view of the well-kept cemetery grounds. Her inscription is easier to read in the second view, however.
