is a son of James "Jim" L. Cook and Emma Elizabeth W. Peeler of Mt. Vernon, Monroe CO, TN and later McMinn CO, TN.
He married Margaret L. Martin.
This site is dedicated to the memory of my mother Beulah Cline Nipper, a beautiful product of the Knobs.
