David Millard Lewis (b 4 Oct 1829 Cane Creek, McMinn CO, TN d 13 Mar 1915 McMinn CO, TN)
is a son of Anderson and Sarah (Ledbetter) Lewis of Cantrell Crossroads, McMinn CO, TN.
He married first to Mary Margaret "Mag" Cline of McMinn CO, TN.
After her death, he married Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth "Betty" (Ellis) Walker, a widow from Mt. Vernon, Monroe CO, TN.
