is a son of Jesse White and Eliza "Lizie" E. Casteel of McMinn CO, TN.
He first married Julia M. Brown; after her death, he married Mary "Mollie" Shell.
This site is dedicated to the memory of my mother Beulah Cline Nipper, a beautiful product of the Knobs.
