My Friend Barbara Allen's Cold Ham Roll Ups

My Friend Barbara Allen's Cold Ham Roll Ups

Barbara is a home economics major and superb cook! Everything she makes looks so appetizing and tastes scrumptious!

INGREDIENTS:

Large-sized flour tortillas

Softened cream cheese (I add a little chopped onion.)

Thinly sliced ham

Green table onions

DIRECTIONS:

1. Clean onions; cut off bulb end and discard or dice for adding into cream cheese.

2. Spread tortilla with cream cheese completely covering.

3. Place ham on tortilla (one - two slices) covering all but one inch of area.

4. In the center, put one blade of green onion on top of ham.

5. Start rolling at edge with ham, ending up with plain cream cheese end which acts as a glue.

6. Place seam side down and slice into approximately one inch thick pieces.

7. Place slices on flat side and arrange on platter so green onion shows.

8. Cover and store in refrigerator until serving.
