*Mrs. Emmer Luvada Turner's Obituary

Funeral services for Mrs. Emmer Luvada Turner, 87, who died June 5 in her home in Clever, following a short illness, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 8, in the Clever Methodist Church with the Rev. D. S. Frazier and the Rev. H. C. Green officiating. Burial was in the Wise Hill Cemetery under direction of Harris Funeral Home of Clever. She was converted at the age of 15 years and beame a member of the Methodist church. She moved to the Clever community 50 years ago and had made her home there since that time. Survivors include two sons, Lester of Oakland, Calif. and Harley of Fresno, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Bonnie Owensby of Fresno, Calif., Mrs. Lora Childers of the home, and Mrs. Verna Ulfers of Compton, Calif; 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; three brothers, William Hampton and Marshall Hampton, both of Marietta, Ga., and Turley Hampton of Montrose, Colo., other relatives and a host of friends.
