The undersigned, Charles Alexander, hereby make application to register "The Princess Royal Goldmining Company (Registered)", under the provisions of "The Mining Companies' Limited Liabiltty Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, viz. : �
1. The name and style of the Company is " The Princess Royal Goldmining Company (Registered)."
2. The place of operations is at the Tararu Creek, at the Thames District, province of Auckland.
3. The nominal capital of the Company is Eleven thousand Pounds, in Seven thousand five hundred shares of Two Pounds each.
4. The amount already paid up in cash is nil, and the amount allotted in partly paid up shares is the Sum of Eleven thousand two hundred and fifty Pounds, being the estimated value of the Company's claim.
5. The name of the Manager is Charles Alexander.
6. The office of the Company is at 24, Queen-street, Auckland.
