I the Undersigned Henry Andrew Gordon, hereby make application to register the Ross United Steam Drainage Company (Registered), under the provisions of the "Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:�
1st. The name and style of the Company is the Ross United Steam Drainage Company (Registered)
2nd. The place of intended operations is at Jones Flat, Ross, Westland
3rd. The nominal capital of the Company is Six Thousand Pounds, in one thousand two hundred shares of Five Pounds each.
4th. The amount already paid up is Four Hundred and Forty-six Pounds.
5th. The name of the Manager is Henry Andrew Gordon.
6th. The Office of the Company is at the office of the Morning Star Gold Mining Company (Registered).
