NZ Mounted Rifle Brigade:

KING, Captain George Augustus, NZSC, from staff captain Otago Mounted Rifle Brigade, to the rank of major and his appointment as second in command vice Major Frank CHAPMAN (died of wounds) is cancelled. He now resumes the duties of staff captain, NZ Mounted Rifle Brigade.

GLENDINNING, Captain Hubert Cecil, NZSC, appointment as staff-captain, is cancelled. He resumes the duties of adjutant, Otago Mounted Rifle Regiment. He is to be major, vice Major Donald Bruce McKENZIE, invalided. Dated June 9, 1915. Captain Bruce Somerville HAY, NZ Staff Corps, to be major (since killed in action), vice Major and Adjutant Hubert Cecil GLENDINNING, who retains the appointment of adjutant. Dated June 9, 1915. Captain Cecil John Somerset PADDON to be major, vice Major Bruce Somerville HAY (KIA). Dated August 7, 1915.

Wellington Mounted Rifle Regiment:

BEETHAM, 2nd Lieutenant Ralph FitzRoger, Wellington Mounted Rifles Regiment, is appointed orderly officer to the brigadier-general commanding, vice Lieutenant John Burnett DAVIS, who has vacated that appointment and is seconded from his regiment. Dated 15 Oct 1915.
