in 1790 Wayne Co. NC. Also in 1806 Columbia Co., GA, Tax Digest;
1817 and 1818 Warren Co. GA tax records; 1820 Warren Co. census.
Descendants of Joseph Monroe Spivey
Joseph (nicknamed Joab) Spivey b.
ca. 1815 in GA, died before 1870 in Alabama.
He married Catherine Grizzle (b.
abt. 1820) in 1834 in Warren Co., GA
Joab and Catherine are listed in
Warren Co. GA in the 1840 and 1850 census. In 1860 they are in Tallapoosa
Co., AL.
