Age 22, single, resides in Rochester, Ind. In case of injury, notify brother, Charles A. Moore, who lives 5 miles northwest of Rochester, Ind. Parents dead. No previous experience. Enters service as brakeman, Chicago Division, Sept. 8th, 1899. His attention called particularly to Rules 202 to 208 inclusive. Also Rule 228. Resigned Oct. 8th, 1899.
