BLAINE DEERWESTER
Born in Middletown, OH, March 5th 1882. Employed Oct. 7th, 1903 as brakeman. Promoted Jan. 31, 1905 to extra passenger brakeman. Surrendered all rights to passenger brakeman of own accord Dec. 8, 1905, resuming work in freight service. Reprimanded April 1, 1907 for failing to have his watch inspected during first fifteen days of quarter ending March 31st, 1907.
