Erie's Agent at Milwaukee
Milwaukee is off the line of the Erie Railroad, but it is an important traffic point and the Erie's general agency in that city is headed by C.E. King, whose portrait is given herewith.

Mr. King was born in Alma, Mo., thirty-nine years ago. In 1908 he entered the Erie Railroad service as a stenographer in the St. Louis office, and by promotion was successively chief clerk, contracting freight agent, traveling agent and general agent.

In 1917 he entered the United States Army for the World war. After the war he was commercial agent of the Erie at Minneapolis and then general agent at St. Paul. He became general agent at Milwaukee, Oct. 1, 1925.
