C.H. JORDAN
Transferred from Eastern Division, Nov. 26th, 1895, to freight brakeman on local, on account of no Western Division man applying for a vacancy advertised, Jordan having made repeated claims that he was an older man than either Miles or Reagan. His record was looked up by Mr. Reynolds Dec. 11, 1899 when it was found that he resigned his position in Huntington yard, August 24, 1895. Reemployed as extra switchman Oct. 22nd, 1895 and as extra brakeman Nov. 6th, 1895 both on Lima Division where he remained until Nov. 26th when he was transfered to the Chicago Division. The only work done on the Chicago Division between Aug. 24th and Nov. 26th, 1895 was as extra brakeman Nov. 2nd and Nov. 4th, 1895. All papers in the above on file in the office of the superintendent of the Chicago Division, file -- 16/105, Dec. 19, 1899.

March 19, 1907, freight brakeman, Chicago Division. Resigned.
