CALEB HENRY WILLIAMS, #17827
October 20th, 1882, entered service in Engineering Corps. Entered service June, 1883 as freight brakeman. Suspended 10 days from March 20th, 1893 for violation of rules in regard to handling of corpse. Suspended five days from April 26th for failure to take account and way bill registered package 1407 on No. 3, April 18th, 1897.

In May, 1897, appointed train baggage agent.
