CLEMENT L. WELTY
Age 25, single, resides at Wadsworth, OH. In case of injury notify father, John Welty, at Wadsworth, also Conductor Ledger. No previous experience, but after riding freight trains for two weeks enters the service as freight brakeman Nov. 16th, 1899. His attention called particularly to Rules 202-208 inclusive and Rule 228. Dismissed April 28th, 1900 to reduce the force. Reemployed Sept. 17, 1900 as brakeman. Discharged Dec. 8, 1900 to reduce the force.
