Born Nov. 10, 1878, Jay County, Ind. Age 22, single, residence Rochester, Ind. No previous experience. In case of injury notify father, Thomas Hall, Rochester, Ind. Enters the service as freight brakeman, August 24th, 1899. His attention called particularly to Rules 202 to 208 and 228. Dismissed May 13, 1900 to reduce the force. Not to be reemployed. See page 313.
