Charles Wilmot Bartlow was employed by the Erie Railroad as a Trackman on the Wyoming Division out of Dunmore, PA. Born on January 18, 1922, he hired on with the Erie on September 6, 1955, working until he was furloughed from service on September 12, 1955.
