D.M. DeBURN
Suspended 30 days for running by semaphore at 47th Street, July 22nd, striking a Wabash train. Reprimanded for permitting to strike cars too hard when coupling up at Uniondale on Nov. 7th, 1889. See accident report No. 551. Suspended 10 days from July 2nd for laying on siding 2 hours 10 minutes with Conductor J.M. Creamer, at Decatur, before going into the telegraph office for orders. Suspended 30 days, Dec. 7th for leaving Huntington against 4th 82 with 1st 85 without orders.
