Age 25, single, resides at Huntington. Formerly employed six months as fireman, Chicago & Erie. Enters the service as extra freight brakeman, Nov. 12th, 1899. In case of injury notify father, Lewis Shock, Huntington.

His attention called particularly to Rules 202 to 208 and 228. Discharged to reduce the force on April 7th, 1900.
