Entered C&E service Aug. 21st, 1890 as brakeman. Resides at Huntington. Suspended 10 days from Nov. 4th for refusing to brake on a train of freight from Hoovers to Huntington on account of the engine having a pilot on each end, Oct. 29th, 1892.

Suspended 20 days from March 26th for leaving main track switch at Palmer open when train taking siding for No. 2 on March 21st, 1893. No. 2 ran through the switch. Garnished for $8.00 board bill at Chicago Feb. 27th, 1894 by M. Dineen. Suspended one round trip for leaving east switch at Wilders unlocked Dec. 10th, 1895. Resigned Feb. 13th, 1897 (not to be reemployed - won't pay his debts).
