F.H. SHOCK
Age 24, married, no children. Resides in Huntington. In case of injury notify father, S. Shock, Huntington, Huntington County, Ind. Previously employed three months on 3rd Division, NYP&O. Clearance from J.H. Dull. Enters service as brakeman, Western Division, Nov. 21st, 1895.

Called his attention particularly to Rules 202 to 208 inclusive. Discharged to reduce the force, May 17th, 1896. (Reemployed). Suspended 10 days from Feb. 15 for failure to get out and generally indifferent work on 2nd 85 of Jan. 27th, 1897. Dismissed June 5th, 1897, indifferent work.
