FREDERICH WAYINACH
Age 46, married, resides Momence, Ind. In case of injury, notify Lucy Wayinach, Momence, Ind. Formerly with C&EI as conductor. Dismissed for detention of passenger trains. Enters the service of this company as freight brakeman, August 3rd, 1894.

Suspended 15 days for leaving main track switch on west end of crossover from north passing track at North Judson open on December 5th, 1895.

Dismissed April 8th for failure to protect his train while standing on the main track between Levings and Akron 40 minutes, until No. 3 came up behind his train. Was acting as rear brakeman on Extra 756, Jan. 23rd, 1900, date of occurrence.
