GEORGE WEIS
Age 29, married, two children. Resides 5920 Halstead St. Employed as switchman at Chicago, July 28th, 1894. Transferred to Western Division as brakeman Nov. 13th, 1895.

Suspended 10 days from Jan. 11th for damage done cars in a (Indiana Harbor) Belt train in Burnside Yard, on No. 30 Dec. 22, 1896. He cut off 4 loads, rode them himself but failed to apply brakes in time to stop them and cornered Belt train on the lead.

Dismissed from the service August 6th, 1897 on account of fourth garnishee.
