Suspended 5 days for running engine 71 off track at 55th Street, Nov. 12th, 1889 by not paying proper attention to their work. Censured for causing delay of 45 minutes to train No. 8 on April 18th, 1890 by not responding to call promptly. Suspended 30 days from May 10th, 1891 for leaving engine in charge of fireman and going fishing while work train was doing work on main track.
