H. PRINLOTT
Suspended 10 days from April 19 for allowing his engine to run through west switch at Westminster on April 4th. Also ran DeCalm crossing at 1 o'clock a.m. April 3rd. Did not notice target was against him until he was within three or four car lengths of it. Target was partly hid from his view by the transfer house. Forgot it had since been moved to the opposite side of the track into a plainer view. Discharged August, 1891, reinstated Sept., 1891 account of work at Hepburn.
