Age 26, married, 2 children. Resides Hammond, IN. In case of accident notify wife. Formerly with the G.H. Hammond Co. Enters service of the C&E as brakeman, Western Division, Feb. 5th, 1892. Recommended by George A. Coe, Asst. Supt.

Granted 30 days leave of absence April 20th, 1892 to switch in yard at Huntington. Transferred to Eastern Division April 24.

Participated in a robbery of a car of merchandise the night of April 23rd, which came to light May 2nd, when Addington disappeared. Reward of $100 offered for him.
