Age 29, married. Resides at Logansport, IN. In case of injury, notify mother, Mary Bushing, Logansport, IN, 206 6th St. Employed on Vandalia under N.K. Elliot from 1887 to 1892. Enters service of the C&E as brakeman, June 24, 1892.

Discharged May 6th, 1893 to reduce the force. Reemployed July 15th, 1893. Arrested May 15th, 1894 for having lived with a woman at Huntington for over one year, when he had a living wife at Logansport. Supt. Coe decided that he could not remain in the service.
