J.E. MILLER
Age 25, married. Residence North Judson. No previous experience. Entered service of the C&E as brakeman July 25, 1891.

Suspended 7 days for letting engine through switch at LE&W "Y" at Rochester March 11th, 1892. Suspended 10 days 04/11/1982 for damage to cars at DeLong March 14th. Did not set brakes soon enough. Suspended 10 days from April 16th for quarreling with engineer Deegan at North Judson April 10th, 1893. Suspended April 23 for damaging NYL 36397 at North Judson by careless switching April 13, 1894.

Whipped his wife at North Judson on night of June 13th, 1894 and skipped out, for which he was discharged June 14th, 1894.
