Moses B. Todd, retired engineer of Port Jervis was surprised by relatives and friends on his 84th birthday last month at his home, 140 Ball Street. Mrs. M.B. Todd was assited in arrangements by Mrs. McGill of Brooklyn and Mrs. D. Rundle, Mr. and Mrs. A Heyne and Mrs. Damon Gordon of Port Jervis. Out of town relatives present included:

Mrs. Reuben Buhman of Akron, Ohio; Mrs. Ernest Dietz and daughter, Thelma, of Washington, D.C.; Mrs. Hattie Woodward, of Corona, L.I.; Mrs. Grace Brown of Old Greenwich, CT; and Mrs. Harry Wallace, of Brooklyn, all sisters of the celebrant; one brother, Loren Todd,, and Mrs. Todd of Binghamton; Mrs. Harry Cowan, a daughter, and Mr. Cowan and children George, Lillian and Harry, of Passaic; a son, George Todd, and daughter Hazel, of Jersey City; and nephews and nieces: Mr. and Mrs. Max Reynolds and Mr and Mrs. Howard Todd, of Binghamton; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Wallace, Jr. and family of Brooklyn; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Rydell and Mr. and Mrs. Eber Brown and family, of Old Greenwich; Mrs. Emily Urban, of New York, and Mrs. Clyda McDermott and daughter Helen of Jersey City.

Moses B. Todd, 86, retired New York Division engineer of 40 years service, died July 17 (1937) at his home, 140 Ball Street, Port Jervis. Besides his widow he is survived by one son, George, of Jersey City; one daughter, Mrs. Loreta Cowan, of Passaic; and six sisters, Mrs. Hattie Woodward of Corona, LI, Mrs. Elizabeth Metz of Lorain, OH, Mrs. Emma Bulman of Akron, OH, Mrs. Rose Wallace, of Brooklyn, Mrs. Lillian Dietz of Washington, DC, and Mrs. Grace Brown of Greenwich, CT.
