O.H. AYERS
Entered service Dec. 10, 1882. Promoted to freight conductor, June 3, 1883. Suspended from Oct. 17th to Nov. 6, 1885 on account of engineer neglecting to put up signals after having the orders. Garnished Dec. 3th, 1888 by Maurice Hillman. Suspended 10 days for neglecting to properly protect his train #14 at 14th St. Station, Feb. 10, 1890, while taking on cars. SNA&C train #21 ran nito the rear end doing damage to the amount of $7.80. Suspended 7 days from March 28, 1892 for carrying passenger on train 13 of March 12th, 1892 contrary to rules. Dismissed from the service June 17, 1895 for not cutting duplex receipts for cash fares collected by him in April, 1895.
