P. BENVENUTI
Entered service as passenger brakeman June, 1886. Was formerly employed as caller and messenger, Marion telegraph office.

Suspended 10 days May 29th, 1891 for not bebing on hand to take his train, No. 1, out of Marion. Train was delayed 30 minutes getting another brakeman.

Promoted to flagman on 3 & 12, April 1st, 1892. Refused a baggage car on 9&10, June 3rd, 1893. Suspended 6 days from August 26th, 1893 for standing on seat arms to light coaches at Chicago Aug. 16th.

Suspended 30 days for acting in an ungentlemanly manner on CHV&T station platform at Marion Feb. 19th, 1894, using insulting language to CHV&T passenger conductor Josephs and engaging in a fight with the latter's crew.

Suspended 30 days for sleeping on duty as flagman on No. 5, Dec. 15th, 1894. Resigned Oct. 7th, 1895.
