Suspended 10 days from Dec. 31st for careless handling of cars at Lima, Dec. 10th, resulting in drawbar on U.T.L. car 6139 being broken. Failed to take signal properly. Suspended 10 days from July 3rd for poor judgement shown in stopping 2nd 1, resulting in slight rear-end collision between his and the 3rd section.
