Suspended 10 days Nov. 5, 1891 for misplacing a switch at Kouts. Suspended five days for damage to switch at Huntington 05/23/1892. Suspended 5 days for going to sleep after being called June 13, 1892.

Suspended 7 days for letting engine 57 through split switch at 49th Street, July 2, 1892. Suspended 7 days from April 4th for going to sleep after being called for 3rd 81 of March 27, 1893. Resigned to Supt. Coe at Chicago on account of being hard pressed by creditors, June 27th, 1893.
