R.B. SHATTUCK
Age 35, married, resides at Deshler(?), Ohio. Formerly with C&ED as conductor. Enters the service as brakeman, C&E, Oct. 20, 1890. Resigned Dec. 1. Reemployed about March 1, 1893 as brakeman.

Suspended 15 days from April 5th for hiring a substitute to go out for him on 32, April 4th, 1893. Suspended 30 days from Aug. 12th for getting on No. 85 at Monterey Aug. 9th, 1894 with his wife, 4 other adults and a lot of children without a permit to ride on freight train and when conductor put them off he abused the conductor. Suspended 7 days from Jan. 14th for damaging cars at Winfield by careless switching on No. 30, Dec. 22nd, 1894. Resigned of his own accord July 27th, 1899 and left the country owing everyone that would trust him.
