Age 21 years, single, residence Hoover, Ind. Father's name Henry Moonshower, Hoover, Ind. No previous experience. Recommended by Conductor Carhart. Enters C&E service as brakeman, Western District, Dec. 11th, 1895.

Suspended 30 days for connection with collision of 1st 85 and 1st 82 at Palmer, March 18th, 1892. Discharged Jan. 5th, 1893 for hiding from caller when wanted for duty.

Age 28, single. Resides at Athens, Ind. In case of injury notify father, Henry Moonshower, Athens, Ind. Formerly employed one year as brakeman, Chicago Division C&E. Reemployed by permission of Supt. Coe, Dec. 6th, 1899. Discharged to reduce the force, April 20th, 1900. Reemployed as brakeman on Chicago Division, Sept. 20th, 1900. Discharged June 2nd, 1901 to reduce the force. Reemployed Aug. 26th, 1901 as a brakeman on the Chicago Division.
